The Hall of Fitness offers a number of indoor and outdoor activities tailored to the needs of all, from Pilates-based exercise, boot camps, boxing, yoga, strength, balance, stretch, and postural routines. All these techniques are individually presented or combined at request into a fun, flowing, favourable fitness session. Programmes range from one to four hours for a six-week period or more if required.
In all programmes the emphasis is on teamwork, mind control, stress control, posture, breathing and technique, methods proven to provide immediate results in all individuals. This is the foundation in building overall health and fitness.
